Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sonu Kumar, a sole proprietor operating as TorcLoop ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you don't, don't use TorcLoop.

1. What TorcLoop does

TorcLoop turns a video you already have into short vertical clips, and generates new Shorts from a topic using AI agents that research, script, voice and render them. It can publish the results to social accounts you connect, including on a schedule you set.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at aianytime07@gmail.com if you think it has been compromised. One person or organisation per account; don't share logins.

3. Plans and billing

TorcLoop has no free tier. Access requires a paid plan starting at $9/month, or a coupon we've issued.

4. Your content

You own what you put in and what comes out. We claim no ownership of your source videos or of the Shorts TorcLoop produces for you.

You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content purely to operate the service for you — transcribing it, sending the necessary parts to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, rendering it, and publishing it where you tell us to. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm you have the rights to the material you upload, and to have it processed and published this way.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use TorcLoop to:

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these rules. Where it's reasonable to, we'll warn you first.

6. AI-generated output

TorcLoop uses automated research and language models. They get things wrong. Generated scripts may contain factual errors, and the built-in quality checks reduce that risk without eliminating it.

You are responsible for reviewing anything before it goes out under your name — especially if you enable unattended daily publishing, where content reaches your channel without you seeing it first. That feature is optional, off by default, and yours to supervise.

We don't guarantee output is unique. Similar prompts may produce similar results for different users.

7. Connected accounts

Connecting YouTube or LinkedIn lets TorcLoop act on your behalf, within the permissions you grant. You can disconnect at any time in the app, or revoke access directly with the provider. We are not responsible for a platform changing its rules, rate limits or API in ways that affect publishing.

8. Availability

We don't promise any particular uptime. TorcLoop is a small operation and depends on third-party services that can fail. We'll do our best, and we won't pretend that amounts to a guarantee.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue, lost audience, or damage to reputation from content you chose to publish.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can close your account whenever you like; email us and we'll delete it and your data. We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms or non-payment. If we discontinue TorcLoop entirely we'll give at least 30 days' notice so you can export your work.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use TorcLoop after they take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
